I have always dreamed of living in an old warehouse that has been converted into a fabulous loft space. When I was in college in St. Louis, there were all types of properties like that in the downtown area. Well, let’s just say they are few and far between here in Las Vegas. The ones they do have, are expensive, but pretty. One of these properties is called Stone Canyon. These lofts are about half a mile from where I live in a great area. This area is just outside of the master planned community called Summerlin. The lofts are huge, ranging from 3400sq ft to 3800sq ft. They have a very unique design and are NOT typical in Las Vegas. As I live in the neighborhood, I can attest that there is a great shopping area near by called Boca Park. They have a Target GreatLand, Cheesecake factory, The Great Indoors, Jason’s Deli, Whole Foods Market, Barnes and Nobles, Williams Sonoma, Gap….tons of shopping opportunities. It has easy freeway access to Summerlin Pkwy, and the I-95. Directly behind these are properties well over the million dollar price tag. Lot’s of potential in these lofts. More on lofts in the next post.
