What a wonderful show for anyone who is trying to sell their house. Most of these owners spend no more than $1,000 in order to “spruce” up their house. What if $1,000 translated into $5,000? $10,000? Wouldn’t you want to do that? Sometimes, It’s hard to convince a seller who is moving out of the property to invest more into it, but let me tell you, IT’S WORTH IT!
